These terms explain how PolyVexa may be used as an automated Polymarket copy-trading platform with Paper Mode validation, Live Trading and leader analysis.
These Terms of Service describe the terms for using PolyVexa. PolyVexa provides software tools for automated Polymarket copy trading, leader analysis, Paper Mode, Live Trading, and risk controls.
By using PolyVexa, you agree to use the service responsibly and to follow the account, trading, billing, and acceptable-use rules described on this page.
You may use PolyVexa only if you can legally use trading, prediction market, wallet, and payment services in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for understanding and following any laws, rules, platform terms, or restrictions that apply to you.
Some parts of PolyVexa require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login access secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, including any connected wallet or trading configuration.
PolyVexa is a software platform for analyzing Polymarket traders, validating strategies in Paper Mode, and deploying eligible copy-trading configurations to Live Trading.
PolyVexa does not operate as a broker, investment adviser, exchange, bank, custodian, or guaranteed execution venue.
Paper Mode is a simulation. It is designed to help you test copy-trading rules, observe simulated positions, and review simulated PnL before Live Trading.
Paper Mode results may differ from real market execution because of liquidity, pricing, slippage, fees, latency, market availability, and other conditions.
Live Trading features, when available, depend on the correct setup of your accounts, wallets, funds, permissions, credentials, limits, and configuration settings.
You are responsible for reviewing every Live Trading setup before enabling it and for monitoring it while it is active.
PolyVexa does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. The platform provides software, data views, and workflow tools.
No content in PolyVexa should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, trade, copy, or hold any position.
You are responsible for your own decisions, strategies, copied leaders, wallet security, trading activity, and risk management.
You should review any configuration, limit, wallet permission, transaction, or third-party connection before using it.
Prediction markets and trading involve risk, including the risk of losing funds. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Leader analysis, rankings, historical performance, and Paper Mode results are informational only and may not predict future behavior.
You are responsible for securing your wallets, devices, login credentials, API credentials, private keys, recovery phrases, and permissions.
PolyVexa may help you manage connection workflows, but you remain responsible for any wallet action, signature, approval, or account access you authorize.
Some PolyVexa features may require a paid subscription or plan. Plan limits, pricing, billing cycles, and available features may change over time.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and policies may apply in addition to these Terms.
You agree not to misuse PolyVexa, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs, scrape in harmful ways, or use the service for illegal activity.
You may not use PolyVexa to violate third-party terms, evade restrictions, manipulate markets, or harm other users or infrastructure.
PolyVexa may be unavailable, delayed, limited, or interrupted because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, market data problems, or other events.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops.
Some features may be offered as preview or early-access functionality. These features may be incomplete, limited, or changed without notice.
Preview features may contain errors and should be used carefully, especially before any Live Trading workflow is enabled.
PolyVexa may depend on third-party services such as Polymarket, wallet providers, RPC providers, data providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, and payment providers.
PolyVexa does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, actions, fees, or failures.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, PolyVexa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.
Liability limits apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and may vary where mandatory consumer, financial, or platform rules apply.
You may stop using PolyVexa at any time. PolyVexa may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates risk, or misuses the service.
Termination does not remove your responsibility for past account activity, payment obligations, or trading activity you authorized.
These Terms may be updated as PolyVexa evolves. Updates may be posted on this page or communicated through the product.
Your continued use of PolyVexa after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the support or contact channel provided by PolyVexa.
PolyVexa does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice through support communications.
